Some manufacturers may cover specific moving parts or have particular exclusions to limit coverage of particular mechanisms. Remember a massage chair has many moving parts as well as electronic parts. It is important to get sufficient coverage.

Many manufacturers are starting to offer in-home technician service. This is a very important service if you purchase a massage chair. Massage chairs can weigh anywhere from 125 pounds to 300 pounds.
